The cocktail : An aperitif, lunch or dinner, hot or cold delights, sitting or standing. This is an ideal way to share a relaxing time with your guests allowing everyone to move easily with a plate and appetizer.
Buffet (hot or cold) : For simple and stylish events, we offer a choice of hot or cold buffet suitable for business lunches, or in a more private environment for a birthday party or a soirée. It gives your guests a choice of several dishes, tasting at will. The buffet service requires less staff than the table service. Our buffets can be enjoyed both sitting and standing.
The meal at the table : For more significant events including a wedding or major professional event, we suggest for you to arrange a meal at the table. You opt for a quality service provided by our butlers.
We rent out the Laboratory Paris Hanoi for private or corporate events. Our workshop is equipped to cook with professional equipment. Our space can host the gatherings, meetings, photo or film shoot, events such as product launches.
